Reading a paper on Hybrid power generation RN. They actually use a heat exchanger to preheat air going into the fuel cell for better efficiency.

Kinda cool how the “wasted heat” from exhaust can actually be used to preheat fuel and be more efficient. ☹️🤷‍♀️👍
