Ukraine's anti-Putin plot exposed; Kyiv 'undermining medical centres' to accuse Russia of war crime

Ukraine is planning a provocation as Russia intensifies its offensive in the east. The Kyiv regime is reportedly undermining medical facilities in Kramatorsk to later accuse Russia of committing "war crimes." Russia’s coordination headquarters for humanitarian response in Ukraine has levelled a grave charge against Volodymyr Zelensky's administration. The committee claims that they have information from several sources that Ukrainian special services are hatching plans to stage a large-scale provocation to accuse Russia of committing war crimes. The dirty plot against Russia is being hatched as Vladimir Putin's army moves towards Kramatorsk, the next city on Moscow's capture list. Watch this report for more.

I am at a loss as to how Russia or for that matter Ukraine can be tried for war crimes when the ICC has Stated, that they have no jurisdiction over any of the countries involved, because neither Russia, Ukraine or the US are signatory's to the agreement. The U.S withdrew after Afghanistan, to avoid being charged with war crimes committed during their invasion of Afghanistan.
