I don’t think Oberyn would have approved of Ellaria’s murder of Myrcella. Oberyn didn’t seem to be the type to have a child killed to spite their parents.

The fact that Oberyn makes sure Cersei’s daughter is happy and well looked after when her father was the person who ordered the murder of his sister and her children tells you everything you need to know about him as a man.

Cersei: “I want to be my usually snarky self but this guy is too chill and unbothered”

When cersei said that everywhere in the world they hurt little girls I felt that. To me is one of the most honest and sad thing she ever said.

Oberyn: "We don't hurt little girls in Dorne."
Ellaria: "Let me send her to Cersei one finger at a time."

I know that Oberyn hates the Lannisters for what they did to his sister, but he also doesn't really hate Myrcella, after all, I forgot where, but I think he said at some point about "Children are not punished for the crimes of their fathers and mothers" or something like that

One of the most wildest things about these two, is that their mothers wanted to wed them together. Cersei’s and Oberyn’s mothers were hand maidens to the queen of their time and had become extremely close. They became so close they wanted to wed their future children together. When their children were born, they wanted Jamie with Ellia, and Oberyn with Cersei. When Oberyn’s mother went to the Rock to make the matches official it was around the time that Cersei’s mother past away. So she had to deal with a grieving Tywin which made everything fall apart.

Cersei’s mother actually wanted these two to be married. I think Cersei would have a better life and be way different if she had.

Shame they stopped making the show after season 4. Would have loved to see Dorne.

We don't hurt little girls in Dorne. Myrcella deserved better, i mean, the only sin she had, was being Cersei s daughter

I didn’t know that they were once set to be wed, but I believe the contrast in colour between their hair/robes is symbolic of their bringing perfect balance to the other; yin and yang. Their chemistry is perfect - he is the idealistic romantic genius Cercei needed to curb her hatred and despair, and more intelligent than her, a partner she could respect. She is the constant challenge for him - able to make him second guess his confident assertions about the world, keeping him on his toes. Mitigating the worst and bringing out the best in their characters. After all, his hubris was his demise. They would have been perfect.

Oberyn doesn’t give a fuck about his security. He knows what he can do, a living weapon he is. 😍

“We don’t hurt little girls in Dorne.” At least watch/read what you’ve already developed and go from there with reason and logic

They both, talking about the characters, have more chemistry than I like to believe. Like wow.

Notice how the environmental storytelling adds so much to the scene: the subtle pacing, Cersei approaching Oberyn, Oberyn not realizing she was there, the birds chirping, the natural immersion, the cinematography, this is what distinguishes a mundane work from a remarkable one

Oberyn: “We don’t hurt little girls in Dorne”

Ellaria: “Y’all hear sumn?”

Bryan Cogman set up the Sand Snakes and their Queenmaker plot perfectly here by mentioning he has eight daughters and that they don't hurt little girls in Dorne.

But D&D just said:
-Nope let's cut the Sand Snakes down to just 3 characters
-Let's toss the conspiracy of the Sand Snakes plotting to overthrow Tommen to set up Myrcella as their puppet Queen.
-Let's change their plan into avenging Oberyn by killing some little girl and killing Oberyn's family.
