Nice quick open look; tempting from a Note4!

Tim, it's probably not anything most normal people look at, but I wondered if you had any way of asking Samsung or other vendors about their CMAS settings (otherwise known as WEA - the emergency alert system usually built into the Messenger app). In the past, I have been able to enable the "RMT" - FEMA's required monthly test from end-to-end, which is sent every 3rd Wednesday at 1pm. I work in the backend infrastructure side of CMAS alerting and so am particularly interested in getting the RMT alert since it can help us test and debug issues - but in recent versions of Android, the "enable RMT" checkbox is missing. It *should* be in the same settings area where you enable/disable things like "extreme" "severe" or "amber" alerts, usually right in Messenger somewhere but different vendors/carriers do move it around a bit. Anyway, if you can use your bully pulpit to find out where that RMT setting box went and/or how to turn it on perhaps with some special keypad code or something for developers, that would be serious value-add for me :)... I haven't been able to spot it on any recent android version. Thanks!

that black onyx color is dope. I recently sold my S7 for the OnePlus three. couldn't hack TouchWiz, even after all it's improvement. but this Samsung hardware running Nougat would be ideal.

I'm doing recall exchange on my 7 this week & I'm not all that thrilled with it, what does it have over the 5?
I do a ton of screenshots and that 'edge' is a pain.
The camera and battery quality are my priorities, I can live with the edge if those are better.

great video Tim. ugh! wish I could afford an s7 edge. note 7 would be nice but that's way outta my range. so lucky to grab these new phones. my s6 edge has screen burn in is there a fix for that?

Nice 1st impressions video. In your next Galaxy Note 7 video, one thing I've noticed reviewers stop doing in recent years is showing what the in call screen looks like. Various features aside, it is a phone & that's something really important to me. I've noticed every device Samsung has produced since the Galaxy S6 that the in call ID photo has been rendered smaller than it used to be on the Galaxy S2 before Jelly Bean, which I just don't understand. So if you could create a dummy contact and make a call to show what it looks like I'd appreciate it. Also, I just noticed there no longer seems to be a favorites screen for contacts, can you verify if that's been completely removed or not? Thanks again.

I'm just looking out of curiosity. i say if you need to have the s pen then enjoy the phone. i prefer the regular s7.
