huge improvement over note 5. huge. just because there isn't a newer snapdragon doesn't mean it isn't a good upgrade.

Quick question. Sometimes, I've seen Samsung phones come with extra film/plastic covers on the camera lens and flash/heart rate monitor on the back. Did this one? Or, was the main plastic over the whole back the only thing back there?

This is pretty much how I felt, I played with one for a short time, and while it's a beautiful device, I just wasn't excited. And there was a STRONG sense of deja vu. I'm still up in the air, since I've had all the previous Notes. Honestly, I keep thinking about getting a Oneplus 3 instead... just for something a little different.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is the combination of everything, It has the best camera, best screen and it looks stunning, with a HDR curved screen, iris scanner and improved S Pen – and giving the enthusiasts something special. Love the new coral blue color, note 7 absolutely beast, I hope I win this phone.

Good review! I understand your lack of excitement because, like you said, there used to be more leaps in design to still be excited about. But they have hit the pinnacle of design- it's now about further refinement of an already great design. 👍
