I managed to get the Raven in 8x8 from an UK stockist, but they'd sold out of the box so I told myself that it was ok the box was a lot of money to just want the notebook. Fast forward till about half an hour ago, my husband said there's a parcel coming from the states - he's only bought me the Halloween box as he said the journal inside was perfectly me with very dracula vibes. i'm lucky enough to live near whitby and grew up with Dracula being read to me as a small child. I aren't ashamed to admit I burst into tears.

Ahhh! I see Archer and Olive went scrolling on the goth sites for their inspo this year. There is a small artist, Lapis Lily Market, sold on the Vampire Freaks site, who does these little trinkets called Ghosts on Vacation where she hand paints little cute ghosts like that in front of famous locations. And she puts them in tiny ornate frames like that also. I immediately thought of her when I saw that ghost in the frame decoration.

The Halloween release is always my favorite as well. I want all the black/dark notebooks with cool designs all the time! I'm so excited that we're getting some squares this Halloween! I hope that continues. I'm psyched for the box as well. I use my notebooks as story bibles and progress trackers for my novel. I'm currently working on an urban fantasy and the spooky vibes will go perfectly with that. And I think the raven will make a perfect reading journal for 2025.
