Game Freak made us wait over 7 years to be able to hunt for our own shiny Zygarde and today we're gonna talk about it.

I should also mention there was an event distributing Shiny Zygarde in 2018, but this video is about being able to actually hunt for one.

Shiny locks were the worst or one of the worst things theyve added next gen we just start rioting in the streets for them to remove it entirely or in the next game

I think the only exception to this was the shiny Zygarde event that they had at Gamestop. I think it was during gen 7?

Fun fact GameStop had released a code for a certain amount of time for sun and moon and it gave you a shiny zygarde

Zygarde was shiny -locked in Gen 6 since it’s part of the box legendary trio (kind of story-related)

I caught Zygrade in the max raids on my own. I got lucky because one of the bots got a Pelipper and started spamming Wide Guard so we could all use water, ice, and fairy type moves to kill it
