Tritone substitutions are probably THE most widely used chord substitution in jazz. Still the best teacher on YouTube. I've been playing my whole life and I always learn from Mr. Mangold. I live in NYC - sorry to have missed your trip!

I really liked the last voicing son Cm6/9 (11) also with B in the base, as well as the transposition Bbm6/9(11)/G.. I’d love more of these fabulous voicings and use them Thanks a lot.

I would love if you could break down the theoretical side of any song by Jacob Collier (what he's doing/how he's doing it)... because I sure as hell don't know lol

Mangold, minor chords can also have their Tritons subs, except for minor chords, the two only share one note because the third of the original minor chord is flattened (Gm Tritons is still Db but no longer share the note B)

Dear my teacher...I'm one of your subscriber learning many musical theories from your awesome videos. By the way at 16:32, the chord you playing sounds like a 'blackadder chord' Gaug/A or something I think. Would you mind if you are interested in it, make a video for it? Every single video you uploaded are very precious and I'm looking forward your next video. Thank you for today's lesson:)
