Here are some tips for early game:


1. Salvages can turn into lots of titanium, so collect and process them in the fabricator.
2. Fabricate a seaglide. It'll get you further, faster.
3. Make some beacons to mark important places. You might want to re-explore wrecks.
4. Batteries are very important. So, make tons of them and store it, just in case you need one.

Subnautica is a game that doesn't hold your hand at all, so progressing the story is kind of difficult when you don't know what you're doing. When in doubt, swim deeper.

Things that Pewds needs to know in order to have any chance of survival:
1. MAKE A REPAIR TOOL to fix the lifepod. This must be done IMMEDIATELY or the lifepod will drift out of the safe shallows.
2. Scanning item fragments gives you blueprints for new items. Progressing through the game without these items is next to impossible.
3. When repairing your lifepod, be sure to repair the radio: just trust me and everyone else who had played subnautica, it's vital that you do this.
Pewds, I will not spoil anything else for you, and I hope none of the other comments do either. However, unless you follow this advice I guarantee you will commit not breathe.
Please like so that Pewds sees this, because otherwise there will be no subnautica series.
