The worst part about this that Biden has two options.
Biden can either be polite and keep quiet once he's interrupted, in which case the Republicans can say, "Biden's weak! Trump defeated him! He proved him wrong!" or, he can continue to try to finish what he's saying, and interrupt him, and the Republicans can say, "Oh, you think he's so bad? What about Biden? He won't shut up and let Trump talk!"
