Create an Instrument Summary for lighting fixtures with Vectorworks Graphic Legend Tool

In @vectorworks the Graphic Legend tool is extremely powerful ! But I had a hard time at first understanding how I could use it to create a flexible Instrument Summary (Fixture Schedule) for Lighting Plots and corresponding paperwork.

Here's the method I ended up with.

After looking online I could not find a video corresponding to my basic requirements. Hopefully this is helpful for you ! Note that there are hundreds of methods to create relevant documentation in @vectorworks and I thoroughly welcome any enhancements or suggestions you might have in mind !

Thank you very much Simon, there I was able to reduce as you indicated and on a 1:75 scale plane it was proportional.

Excellent video Simon. You should make more please! Ja!! Question: How can the graphic legends be reduced in size so that it is proportional on a 1:75 plan? In scale it only modifies the fixture drawings but the rectangles remain the same size. Thanks

Hey! Great video. When I did the same, I got my fixtures in next to each other horizontally, not vertically... Is this some setting?

Hello Simon! Thank you very much for sharing this great tutorial, it helped a lot. I wanted to ask you a couple of things:
- how can i make the fixture label NOT to be shown - in the Define Legend Image menu this option appears in grey, I can not edit it.
- how to resize the column as I wish.
