Martinez is not a bigger issue than Rashford. Totally mental to claim that. Rashford has been abysmal for most parts of the season. He has a consistency like a jellyfish and work rate like a sloth. He is a one trick pony with little to no contribution in the build-up play. Rashford is being rightly criticized and is our biggest issue at the moment when you factor in the whole package. Performance on the pitch, salary, status.

Spot on! I’m glad you pointed it out. I have been watching Licha closely recently and he has indeed been involved in most of the goals we concede; apart from passing, he is not that good at all.

Have you checked out sarr's goal against arsenal. Pass saliba. The goal is annoying but u need to appreciate the forwards. Sometimes they are just very good. U may want to blame defenders but also forwards showcase some good skill

To isolate him as the biggest threat or problem that needs to be addressed is an exaggeration at immense level. You had a collection of his errors to label him as the worst player in that team. How about all his defensive clearances and rescuing the team with progressive passes. We don’t even have anyone in our center backs that is better than him at progressive passes.
Also, you claim Branthwaite is better than him? I disagree! He’s not even close to Licha. Martinez may have had more errors this season than the last but I won’t say he’s the worst player in that team. We may need to sign another player to compete with him.
If you rate Martinez this low, where will you place Harry M, Lindelof, J. Evans in the hierarchy of our CBs?

Yes. Martinez have been making many mistake this season.
But why he is not getting the same Criticism as Rashford is because he makes up for his mistakes with ball playing ability, Aggressiveness, mentality etc.

While Rashord goes to Media crying.
Yes we should sign a top notch left footed center back. But that should be a upgarde.

Who would you replace Licha with? Stylistically, he is what Amorim wants, but the level is not there.
Schlotterbeck, Inacio, Van De Ven, Bastoni, Hancko, Lucumi, Lukeba. I personally can't think of other options that are theoretically attainable. But for the first two and the last three, im not sure if they are of the required level. Van De ven is injured. Bastoni is perfect, but its not clear whether he is ACTUALLY attainable(would be my dream signing).

It's about time someone does a video about Martinez's inconsistency this season. Fans should be aware that his mistakes, shortcomings are the ones that caused us to concede goals this season and dropping points. No player should be free from criticisms if they aren't performing especially when the mistakes he made this season are far too regular compared to the defense splitting passes he made that led to us scoring goals.
