Hi - a quick question on head checks. My son went for his test and failed due to insufficient head checks and use of mirrors. We've corrected that now but I'm a bit confused about head checks when leaving roundabouts. With a guide that says use head checks for every event where you use your indicators, this suggest doing a head check when exiting off a roundabout. Indicating "left off" is correct of course but is a head check required in that instance ie indicate left off, quick head check, complete action.

Hi Steve, I have a question. When we exit roundabout, can we change lane as we like or wait till we exit roundabout then change lane? I saw some people change lane directly. Do we get signal errors for not giving exit signal at the roundabouts? I have my test tmr morning and last time i did exit signal, my instructor failed me and told i dont need to indicate anything while going straight,

If there’s a yellow children crossing sign but no 40 or start/end school zone sign, is it still 40 ?

That safety law costs lives, it doesn’t work and it confuses other drivers into thinking you actually are turning left. See it all the time

Whenever I see someone not signaling when exiting a roundabout. I give them a thumbs down.
