Russian soldiers returned to the Moscow region on Saturday after Russia and Ukraine exchanged over 100 prisoners, the Russian military said.

So Russia gets their young lesser experienced conscripts from Kursk and Ukraine gets their experienced soldiers that have been POW for many months. Its a win for Ukraine.
