Now that her criminal case has been decided and she's been sentenced, it would seem the family court should be able to take up Brian's request to stop alimony and child support. Does the judge need a nudge? Well let's hope Sarah hears of this video.

Sarah is not entitled to any money from her husband. Also, her son is a teenager. He is now 14. I imagine he has some say in a decision to visit Sarah in prison.

All I can think of is Sarah in her interrogation video reading Jorge’s ex wife for filth because his ex asked for child support- “send me money, send me money, send me money! How can he send her money when he doesn’t have a job!” Wonder if Sarah sees the irony..

You're not being too harsh. I think she should never get another dime from Brian. And it's up to her son if he wants to speak to her. I believe Brian is the one that has helped keep them in contact all along. He is not the bag guy. Sarah, just go away quietly now, and enjoy your new home.

While Jorge’s death is tragic, I truly believe her Life In Prison is the best thing for Brian’s life & her son’s future. I think the best (& only healthy) option is for them cut ties with Sarah.

She will continue to be an emotional & financial burden who purposefully creates & prolongs conflict, while draining everyone around her. As an alcoholic with some type of personality disorder & a delusional depiction of herself as a mother, I think jail is the only way they could fully go no-contact.

If Florida is like Georgia, a child has the right to choose at 14. She gave up any chance to see him when she didn't take the plea. Unfortunately, her son knows that, too, and it makes her look incredibly selfish.

By law no one can force the minor child to visit any parent who is incarcerated. And from what I’ve read over & over the son doesn’t care to see her.
Maybe when things die down he’ll change his mind. Sarah needs to work on herself/attitude. Sarah needs to come to terms that she’s not in charge/control of anything anymore. If she was pumping the child for information that needs to stop immediately.
