Sarah Boone Trial: Psychiatrist on Boone's personality disorders

Psychotherapist here… People with narcissistic traits are often arrogant and manipulative for their own gain. She’s not one time displayed behaviors of remorse or guilt, in fact she’s displayed arrogant behaviors since the start of trial. She doesn’t behave like an abused woman. How is the psychiatrist able to testify without definitive diagnoses??
