Hydration is a MUST for Track & Field Athletes 💧and most are dehydrated ❌

If you don’t know if you’ve drank enough water before track practice or a track meet, you probably haven’t

You need a mix of water and electrolytes for optimal performance, especially when in hot training climates

If water loss through sweat happens at a higher rate than fluid intake, then dehydration will take over 💀

Negative effects of dehydration include:
slower reaction times, increased fatigue, increased injury rate and poor concentration ❌
