What worked for me was making someone else the party leader

For me I found out the reason. I recently switched from PlayStation to PC and I realized on PlayStation I had my account cross play off so when I try to get into a match on PC it wasn't working. I went back on my account on PlayStation and turned cross play back on and its been working fine since.

I’m playing with a squad and it wouldn’t load us but we all leave and we join our friend who’s loading into a session and it loads us in a game. You just got to pick a friend to join a game and no one be in the party and when he’s in the loading screen join and it should work
