Elf concealer is horrible if you have dry skin!

The elf concealer on me looks very drying and wrinkly since I have very dry skin. The hydrating one's better but I don't know, concealer under my eyes makes me look unnatural and my eyes somehow become small. I stop looking like me after putting on the concealer.
