In my country there is eviction, rent & mortgage freeze. The mortgage will not have to be paid all in one go at first payment back, the time will just be added on at the end to avoid people getting themselves into difficulties & debt in these crazy times.
Also car insurance companies were forced to give refunds for the time when people were not allowed out.
