On November 3, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in two challenges to S.B.8, the Texas law which bans almost all abortions in the state by allowing private citizens to bring a lawsuit against anyone who aids or performs an abortion after six weeks. President and CEO of the National Constitution Center Jeffrey Rosen joins MSNBC’s Ali Velshi to discuss the case and explore how it could affect reproductive rights across the country.

The baby in the womb is a developing citizen, and therefore ALSO has rights, unless the mother's life is endangered by the pregnancy. So, I don't really see anything wrong with this law that protects "Life".

Wrongful Death - fairly obvious and self explanitory - civil courts, modest compensation for the death of a son or daughter or grandchild.
