Struggling to see much difference between this and other crypto debit cards. The Monolith card leverages Contis who are regulated by the Lithuanian financial authorities (and subject to AMLD5) - funds can still easily be frozen - especially if you're EU based. 'Off-shore' implies off ramping to jurisdictions with tighter banking secreacy e.g. Switzerland or Lichtenstein.

I have the Ultimo Debit Card. Unfortunately the country that I'm living in limits atm withdrawals to about $400 dollars a day. Is it possible for the bank that holds the money to provide me with international wire transfers? I'd like to know.
