does flyback charge fees per transaction. like if you add eth to your virtual card, and then make purchases with your card, does flyback charge any fee per transaction? are there any fees to maintain a virtual debit card with them? do they charge foreign transaction fees after you pick your country?

so he does not have a actual card he 's used at ATM, and also what country/sss does he live and tried, not....lol. They should send card in then you call and activate etc ..lol
