I think the man filming is instigating for no reason. They’re probably rude because as he said himself, he comes there often borderline harassing the employees. Also showing the employee’s cars is a safety issue I feel. If people connected to a certain inmate see the cars they could stalk and harass employees to get what they want concerning whoever they know that is incarcerated. This is overall a pointless and stupid video.

That's not the first county jail, just the oldest of the buildings still in use, and they built more than 2 others. TGK, the Stockade behind it, Metro West, Women's jail at NW 7th Av. & 15th st., all currently in use. The old Miami Bridge building at 1175 NW 11th street was originally the main county jail before it was converted to house juveniles, after they built TGK. It was torn down after Metro West and the new Juvenile Hall on NW 22nd Avenue were built, There's now a Winn Dixie on that site.
What's now PTDC was the original Jackson Hospital, built in 1936. When Jackson built a new campus across the street and up the block, it was converted to be the county jail.
