I made a drill adapter years ago. Sometimes grinder is to much for the job. A 3/8 bolt a couple washers large enough to hold thr disk sturdy abd evenly and used a nut to tighten it all down
Cost like $3 a lowes

I would never use an angle grinder for anything other than the intended purpose, ie cutting, grinding and sanding. A 115mm grinder runs at around 12000rpm and unless your grinder has a factory made/fitted speed control switch which is only available on some top end brands, I suggest that you DO NOT ATTEMPT IT. It is dangerous. Contact your local powertool distribution centre for advise.
