Being healthy is not expensive...eat whatever you want, it's all about portion control for us mom's. We need to pay attention to how many calories we are guzzling each day...the size of a portion is usually on the back on the nutrition label. That is very important so we know how much of the snack we should eat.

Hi Mrs Mommie!! Sounds like you're doing great with the meal prep. Have you thought about making your own personal pizzas and freezing them too? That may be something the kids can eat when they get home or even on a night when you don't wanna cook.
