Listen girls, I'm also going through the same phrase. But it's not too late. As i keep on trying changing myself....i am gaining my confidence back.... though they are small steps yet makes me happy at the end of the scrolling for something concentrate on your fictional or non fiction books instead of mindless once or twice a faith in god.
