If you aren’t religious or you don’t believe in any god, just stay strong and turn to your loved ones. Whether if it is family, friends, a romantic partner, a platonic partner, or any other loved one, or even a pet, go to them. if you don’t have any, just think to yourself “I can do this, nothing is impossible. everyone has a chance in life. there’s still a lot i haven’t seen, and i must live on to experience it.” Just know, if times are hard, we all believe in you and your journey to happiness.
