when i backup my game should i keep my old backups on my hard drive as well or should i just get rid of it and only keep the most recent backup to save storage?

So when there’s a big patch for a new expansion pack or game pack, is this what you do as well? Or would you just save your saves file and mods file and replace those after you do the Sims4 update in origin?

so my game is like bugged to the heavens, like my sims cant cook anything, the babys wont lay in the cribs right, and so many more but i dont want to lose nearly 4 years of progress in the game. would doing this and uninstalling then reinstalling and importing this back fix it?

did you delete the originals from the computer after everything is uploaded? because I have a MAC and im putting it on a external hard rive and want to know because I need space and don't won't to lose my saves from 2018

When you unplug your drive does it still show up in “This Pc” or do you always have to plug it in in order for it to be there?

I have a question... how are you be able to sort your mods? I want to do that too, but I did some research and to the conclusion is I cannot make subfolders or the mods won't work in the game. How is that possible? Cuz it's soooo easier to sort my mods out and easier to find and delete mods to update them etc 🤣
