I spent hours on a sim, and accidentally deleted her from my gallery. I never uploaded her, and when I go to try and restore it, it dates back to before I made her. She's like completely gone, what am I supposed to do? 😭

If you guys have the option to do so as well back up your save files on an external hard drive. It will honestly give you such peace of mind knowing that if anything goes wrong with EA you have your save files stored away and ready to be restored if need be. Just be sure to update your hard drive with the saves regularly and put your Mods folder and Tray Folder on there too

i reinstalled sims 4 because it wouldn't open, my sims that i saved to the gallery were there but my favorite sims were gone :( i made a backup file before reinstalling; is there anything i can do to get them back?

Please help, I moved the game's location on my computer. I can still see my save files and mods(everything is all there), unfortunately when I run the game it will just show me new game option. There isn't any option for load previous game at all. My game version is 1.95, don't know whether it is the path issue causing the game to not find the save files and mod files. I will try to delete then reinstall the game and throw in those save files to see whether this can work. I'm beyond frustrated and any help would be greatly appreciated.
