Im working in TCS, came to know we have to work 9 hours straight + lunch hour extra, basically we need to stay in office for 10
We are just slaves for these corpates
I have a daiughter i hope she should somehow live in very peacful enviornment & should never work in indian software .
We are emerging interms of technology but our mental health drastically going down and these pub celebration making us craving for alcohol every weekends ....Hope indian youth should escape from all this & live a pleasant and happy Life

As an ex employee of Infosys, I can say that this is not passed down to their mid level management. Not sure if all these are just an eyewash, but Infosys treated me very badly. There are so many bullies. What kind of an organisation counts even lunch breaks to make sure the employee logs in 9.15 hours? The lunch break i take is not anyone's business. What era are we to still count the swipe in and swipe out? This company was one of the worst places i have worked

I had been an employee of Infy 15 years ago.... And I had most terrible experience there.... at times in some projects i worked for 14+ hours a day for 3 weeks at a stretch but no extra pay.... when project was over i was moved to bench; during this period i attended office 8.5 to 9 hours instead of 9.25 hours only for few days... my salary was cut!!!! There are many other experiemces, I hate that company to my core...
