How to paint wires with LumiLor to hide connection sites.

hello, it would be nice if there was a video on how to make open-ended edge paint and bypass cable connection. I really need this right now.

Quick question... When applying the CTC in this Method... Do you mask off the entire Backplane "painted wire" and spray the CTC over the Busbar on the back of the panel as well? or just over the top of the panel?

me; a broke artist trying to reverse engineer this shit so I can paint a cat with light up sunglasses or something stupid. Ay lumilor, make it cheaper and put it in an aerosol can. friggen what is it like ionizing tungsten and some sort of liquid capacitor paint? That would explain the price.
