Because I am pretty sure that you have heard of a body detox - Whether it’s by juicing, changing your diet, drinking more water, exercising, etc. But if you haven't heard about digital detoxification, you may be missing out on this major key to well-being! So let's dive into the video to see how I do it!

We spend so much time around electronics and a strenuous amount of digital stimulation. So much so, that research has proven that the average attention span is now that of a goldfish, three seconds. (So, kudos if you have already read this far into this post!)

While this is not our fault, and perhaps is an inevitable outcome, it is important now more than ever to give ourselves a digital detox!

What is a digital detox? Complete isolation from technology. Don’t just turn off your phone, leave it behind! Do something that allows you to completely unwind and detach from excessive stimuli.
