5' Alternating Pressure Pad - What You Need To Know

Here's what you need to know about using the 5" Alternating Pressure Pad by Vive. Depending on the pressure setting, the pad will take about 15-20 minutes to fully inflate and the pump can be left on all day & night. Once the pad is fully inflated, make sure to re-tighten the three nylon straps.

In case of a power outage, the pad will stay inflated for up to 24 hours. To clean, wipe down the pad with an antibacterial cleaner and let air dry. A fitted sheet can be placed over the pad but don't place anything too bulky that will disrupt the effectiveness of the low air loss system.

I have a chronic back problems and use heating pads daily. So just wondering if it's safe to use a heating pad over the Pressure Pump System with a sheet covered over it. Just received this system yesterday and excited to start using it.
