Just a quick tip for everyone, the formula is: money your risking/SL/10 and if your trading a pair and it doesn’t have your countries currency at the end for example I’m from England so it’s GBP, if I was trading EUR/USD the formula only works with dollars because it has USD at the end, so you look at GBP/USD because I want to convert it to pounds and when you have done the formula you would times it by whatever the currency price is for GBP/USD so if I had a SL of 40 pips and wanted to risk £200 on EUR/USD it would tell me to risk 0.5 lots but that’s dollars so I would times it by 1.22288 (current price for pound) and get 0.61. But if it was EUR/GBP the formula works for £ so I don’t need to times it by current price for pound. Hope this helps for anyone new
