9:17 wait were you not supposed to change the whole equation and divide it by a negativeso that -2x² becomes 2x² so that it's in standard form in order to plug into the quadratic formula ?

At 8:03 you said y = 1 -2x, please explain the difference in saying: y = -2x +1, because I used y = -2x + 1 and I got a different answer.

Hey Kevin, on the third equation, my calculator said x=1/2 and x=-1, why do you have 2 instead of 1/2 when the sign is (+)

for number 1, would the answers still be the same if, for your 3rd equation you said y=×-3 instead ×=3+y?
