what about if my phone was restarting from itself and not connecting to internet or bluetooth i tried updating my phone with my mac but it justgot even worse now the phone is telling me to plug it in the mac but i dont know wht to do when i do it because i can only see 2 buttons for restart and update but when i click them they say something went wrong and it says erorr and doesnt work

You explain is great but did not solve my problem. Following you suggestions my iphone who was frozen during iTune upgrade when I lost connection, did not responded to any of this. Because I am not the person who giving up after many things tried, even iphone but could not have much from them because could not get code on frozen phone, start think and come to idea to TAKE OFF SIM CARD and phone started work as normal. After that I put back SIM card and all is the fine now.
