Straight & simple talk here. I'd get up to 4 very large (oxalate) kidney stones a year. I've had NONE for 7 years now. I use something called 'Stone Breaker' tablets I get from Walmart. Active ingredient is something called Chanca Piedra & there are other brands available. Dosage is recommended 3 tablets a day (about 25 cents each) but I find that one a day works for me. If I feel back pain like from a pending stone I simply go to two tabs a day for a while & never had a problem.

I moved my kidney stone from my kidneys to my bladder by doing this: I drank as much warm water that I could in 10 minutes. Then I waited for 30 minutes and started jumping and stomping around. I know it's extremely painful, but trust me, it will actually relieve the pain once completed. I continued this on and off for a day and a half. The stomping and jumping, along with the force of a full bladder, will force the kidney stone to pass. It's like shooting a spit wad through a straw. I also drank beer. I don't care how bad beer is, it is a diuretic and will make you piss more. I am on day 3 and I haven't pissed out the stone, but I know it's in my badder right now. My kidneys or side no longer hurts. The jumping and stomping method really works, just take pain killers before you start it. I thought I'd pass along my advice because I know how miserable kidney stones can be, and people will try anything to relieve the pain.

Things you never want to hear "It may take several weeks to pass." Gonna be on Pins and Needles for the next week or three until this flank pain goes away.

Thank you, doc. Passing a kidney stone is one of THE WORST experiences ever. The pain is ridiculous! I hope I will never have to go through that again.
Drink water, stay hydrated, did I mention drink water? Drink water. Don't let your kidneys go dry.

Had Random Kidney Stone Attack Many Years ago...Pain Was Inhumane...Went to Emergency Room and Told About My Pain and That it Feels Possibly in My Genitals...The Pain Was Everywhere Around Entire Lower Area...He Literally Pulled My Pants Down and Told Me to Cough and Told Me Exactly" Nothing is Wrong With You Buddy" and Sent Me Home...Next Day My Urologist Called Me and Told Me Get to The Emergency Room NOW You Have a "13mm" Stone...First Dr Who Sent Me Home i REALLY Hope He Works at Mcdonalds Now or is Homeless...He Examined Me For "10" Seconds and Never Even Mentioned Possible Kidney Stone

Thank you for this video. I am suffering with one right now. I am going to wait a few days before I contact my doctor to see about getting from Flomax. Thank you for recommending collecting the stone, I hadn't thought about that before watching this video.

There is one Ayurvedic medicine Warstone which has best suited me, it really has no side effects, it removed my stones four times. I have suffered from kidney stones so many times in my past and I have done a lot of survey before buying Warstone. I would highly recommend this medicine.

Had my first kidney stone, after going to the ER. I found a YouTube video on kidney stones and the "jump and bump" method. Folks, it does work! Stones are all different. Mine was 4mm and after using the jump and bump method, it passed it 3 hours.

I've been passing a stone for almost 7 months now. I will need to schedule surgery to finally get rid of it.

Everyone assumes you can’t have pain until the stone enters the ureter. I have a 1.2 cm stone that seems to not want to go anywhere, but is causing a great deal of flank pain. Maybe I’m an outlier or an anomaly, but I’m so tired of being dismissed and gaslighted without so much as a physical exam.

This is a good and concise video. I wish that I had my URS procedure done by her yesterday instead of the fellow who did it. Not happy with him or his team. Medicine is now an astute and pretty ruthless BUSINESS. No notion of service is a part of it. This is one reason and an imperative to take excellent care of one's health....so we never have to see doctors, or be at their mercy in the first place.
