gordon seems to be a really good teacher. easily forgiving their mistakes and getting them to see and describe the difference between what he's done and them

It is so crazy to see how Gordon is so detailed and obsessed with the finest of details to make sure the customer gets the best meal possible. Unbelievable to see how the smallest of touches is done to a science. All that experience and success comes from so much failures and retries. How many chefs would have said good enough and served it but to him he wanted the best because of his name and reputation. That's a man who cares.

Honestly, i wish i was there, I would eat those scallops that are not up to Gordon's standards. If they throw them in the trash then it seems like a waste of perfect, fresh scallops.

Chef Ramsay really knows what he’s talking about. Most of the time you remember him for the yelling and cursing (which is funny too) but it’s also nice to hear him talk about food and how to prepare it.

i feel like this is the real gordon ramsay; obviously not over the top like he has to be in hell's kitchen and not overly friendly like he is on masterchef kids, but a focused and genuine bloke who knows exactly what needs to done and how to tell other guys how to do it
