It would really help a lot of you clarify how much ingredients you are putting in in each batch. Because when you put a whole lemon in it might be super sour and bitter so I’m not quite sure what your ratio is. But I think that would be really helpful.

I’m so doing this! I just started making smoothies put I was doing the pineapple, ginger, cucumber, and lemon drink twice a day and I am not going to the bathroom hardly so I know the celery will probably get things going. I also been adding green tea to the smoothie [that I steeped] instead of plain water. Great video.

Love your videos.

I have the Breville but have not used it in years.
Basically only use my Vitamix for smoothies or juice with a nitmilk bag.
This Nama juicer however looks very efficient and now I want one.

It’s funny, I can drink a glass of lemon water and eat celery and cucumber and feel just fine but when I try to drink a juice or smoothie with the ingredients I feel really sick and I burp a lot and taste the celery. I also can only handle a little ginger in tea or in cooking. I couldn’t even finish a smoothie with ginger. Oddly, it also does not help me with stomach upset and nausea like it does for others. I think my stomach is wack!
