Cathleen - Thanks for an excellent video. I'm wondering if you can address the issue of horizontal lines appearing in screenshots taken from youtube videos? At first I thought the problem was that I needed to clean my printer cartridge heads. After several cleanings it dawned on me that it might have something to do with process of capturing from a video. Any ideas? Thanks.

what if the screen shot takes a picture of something you dont want? am I suppose to select entire document before hand? I tried and it still keeps taking a picture of another screen
