Bake a cake in a 7.9-inch (20 cm) diameter pan.

Eggs - 2,5 pieces
Sugar - 6.35 oz (180g)
Cocoa Powder - 1.41 oz (40g)
Salt - 1/3 tsp

Blackcurrant Ganache:
Construct the cake in a 7.1-inch (18 cm) diameter pan.

White Chocolate - 8.46 oz (240g)
Blackcurrant Puree - 2.82 oz (80g)
Heavy Cream (35%) - 2.82 fl oz (80ml)
Lemon Juice - 0.34 fl oz (10ml)
