The Infamous Dr. Q show the complete hunting map for Assassin's Creed 3.

Scotch Plains: hare, raccoon, deer, cougar
Troy's Wood: hare, deer, elk, wolf
Monmouth: elk, raccoon, hare, fox
Packanack: hare, beaver, bobcat, bear
Valley Forge: hare, beaver, raccoon, elk
Concord: hare, raccoon, beaver, deer
Lexington: hare, raccoon, fox, deer
Great Place Hills: hare, elk, wolf, bobcat
Diamond Basin: beaver, deer, wolf, cougar
Black Creek: hare, beaver, elk, bobcat
Kanien:keh: hare, fox, deer, cougar

Note that in Remastered, they replaced Cougar with Beaver. Elk is also moved down to the SW area just north of the river. You will see stray cows in the area as well.

I already caught all the animals in Frontier & Homestead but in Hunting Challenges 3 it's still telling me "Complete Your Hunting Map".
How do I fix this glitch?

There's a small lake southeast of the Valley Forge camp, you can find every animal from the region around it. The beaver spawns aren't very consistent, but if you circle around the lake for long enough you'll find one.

They are north of the water. If you jump to the 2:28 mark the elk are located approximately where the hare marker is at, hope that makes sense.

The closer to the river the better, or else you might end up snaring hares or raccoons. Alternatively, you could look for a tree that a beaver felled. The clue icon will pop up over it, and it credits you with finding the animal even if you don't chase down the one it locates.
