I always loved how Conner's hidden blade could be ejected and used as an actual dagger. It's so cool how each protagonist got their own blade brace that was somehow unique to everyone.

God, he's so brutal. I love it. Really creates a nice contrast between how he fights and how he is as a person. When he's on mission, he's incredibly ruthless and stoic, but when he's around friends, you couldn't find a kinder, more understanding and caring man. Also, the animations may be less graphic than those in Valhalla, but Connor is right up there with Eivor in terms of most brutal assassin's creed MCs.

What I love about Connor is every hit he deals in his finishers you can feel his rage. You can tell each hit is for his people and his family that he lost. Ezio and Altair fight with pure skill and focus, but Connor factors in rage and skill. Every punch, tomahawk chop and club swing you feel the force of how hard it hits enemies. Even some of his moves are sloppy, such as the tomahawk tackle and the dropkick, which hit like a truck but aren't graceful like an assassin

This is exactly what all combat in every assassins creed game should be like. Dont get me wrong i love the last 3 games, but i really do miss this style of combat, being able to take out whole patrols, clear ship decks etc.

Connor Kenway is definitely my number one favorite Assassin. I know every one's like Ezio was the best. Abd don't get me wrong Ezio was badass too but Connor is definitely the one for me. His style in combat, his speed and ferocity is just incredible. Not only that but his overall character. Brutal in combat and hunting templars but also a kind person. Offering people who are struggling with surviving, making a living or shelter. Offering them to stay at the Davenport Homestead so they can feel safe. Warren and Prudence was the most heartwarming for me because Connor shows that everyone may be a different color, ethnicity or have a different accent but gives the message that we're all people.

12:48, that animation has always “intrigued” me. The way they plead for mercy, goes to show that they are real humans, who fear death! Not wanting to be shot, they hold out their arms, while staring at Connor. But, Connor ignores that and kills them. So fascinating!
