How to fix 'No Audio Output Device is Installed.' in Windows 7/8/8.1/10 [7 Ways]-100% Fix

If you encountered an issue related to sound/audio in windows 7/8/8.1/10 & when you hover your mouse over the audio icon on the bottom right of the task bar of your windows a message will pop up with " No Audio Output Device is Installed." and you no longer access the sound.
The sound icon is also disabled with "red cross mark" on it.

This problem may arises due to one of the following reason.
- after when you freshly installed a new operating system.
- Missing Audio driver.
- accidentally disable audio driver.
- disable windows Audio.
- Outdated audio driver.

I followed all your step but nothing goes well.
I am able to play sound only through bluetooth.
When connected bluetooth with pc red x mark disappeared and I can adjust volume level.
But when disconnect bluetooth red x mark Appeared and sound setup unknown show in win 10.

hey man! i cannot find realtek high definition audio even though i've already downloaded realtek audio driver from the lenovo online support itself. my product is lenovo ideapad s145. i've already installed it but i cant find it. its always high definition audio under the sound video and game controllers. what should i do? thanks man
