How to make Tostilocos - Mexican Snack Recipe

Here is the way I like to make my Tostilocos, which is a popular Mexican street snack. You can add any toppings you like and make it your own way. :)

Bag of Salsa Verde Tostitos (or any flavor you like)
Chopped cucumber
Chopped jicama
Japanese Peanuts (I used corn nuts)
Crunchy Spicy Mexican Corn Churritos
Lime
Chamoy (or Valentin hot sauce)

It's been a long time since I have had those. Thank you for jogging my memory. Foot note, my wife and I are both diabetics. I can eat jicama no problem but my wife's blood sugar numbers go through the roof. The last time we had these it was cut the jicama and quadruple the cucumber!!!
