This man changed my life! In 2016 i was over 506 pounds. I had a wake up call from someone in the ether. Been a wrestling fan since i was 4 years old. One day i stumbled across ddp yoga. Fast forward to today. Im now down to 195 pounds. I worked my ass off to achieve my goals. Blood, sweat and tears. I was in a lot of pain. Diamond dallas page helped save my life. I started DDPY Yoga in 2009. I was one of the first persons to incorporate his yoga workout. At the time, his yoga workout was known as YGR. In 2014, I ran a personal development website which I reviewed DDP Yoga. DDP himself gifted me with a lifetime membership to DDPY. To this day, I still do their workouts depending on where I am in life. Recently, I had to follow their shoulder workouts.
