Made a 3D maze game long time ago, partially in response to your video on that. Thought about submitting it last year, but never did as it's not that impressive.

I have a question that I suddenly thought when I was in middle school which is f(1)=0, f(2)=4 and f(4)=18 what is f(x)
my method was:
f(x)=(x-1)(ax+b)+0
(2-1)(2a+b)=4, 2a+b=4 a=4
(4-1)(4a+b)=18, 4a+b=6 b=2
f(x)=(x-1)(x+2)=x^2+x-2
But after having this thought I saw in a book my method was correct the problem is how did newton did this by using newton interpolation method:
f(x)=a(x-1)(x-2)+b(x-1)+c (I was stucked in this formula)
c=0, b(2-1)+c=4, a(4-1)(4-2)+b(4-1)+c=18
b=4
6a+3*4=18
a=1

Please Kindly explain me why he had f(x)=a(x-1)(x-2)+b(x-1)+c (plus proof needed)

Hi. Love the channel!
I don't have a submission, because i'm a hack at best, but an interesting program that I would like to see from you, if it interests you, is an ascii movie player. I originally saw something like this years ago, but it might make for an interesting video for your channel.
I feel with the existing webcam code should be sufficient for the output, but interpreting the video for console output might be interesting.
Then again if it's a matter of using fmpeg to pipe to your existing console engine, it might not be that great, but it's a thought.

I indeed would be intrested in a Jam if the timing is good.
So game or App? Why not something inbetween.
An editor jam. Never seen one before.
Make a tile editor, a unit editor, an effect or item editor for a game.

Have an app/game premade that takes in the input that we Must make an editor for.

You could have a simple top down look of a map with wall, grund and water/ White, black, blue as placeholders when there Are No tiles with the right name.

We Must then make an editor they makes a tilset file with exported tiles that the map program can display.

Some instructions could be (example) :
Tile editor Must output non animated 32 by 32 pixel tiles.
Format, multipel tiles in each a string txt file:
"tile001_name, 0, rgbacode, rgbacode...
tile002_name, 1, rgbacode, rgbacode...
tile003_name, 1, rgbacode, rgbacode...
Ect."

First field = name, such as wall, grund, water ect.
Second field = passable or not? Ground= 0, wall = 1, 2 = destructable ect.
3rd to 34 field = a color code, hex, rgb or whatever is fitting.

Just an example....

Could be done with units like eneamies, or item like weapons or Any other game component.
As long as there is a set output format.
