Idk about you guys but for years i had dreams i could fly. Like normal kid dreams playing in the yard but then i would literally just flap my arms and soar. Mostly around the yard but a few times i was in different places and did it too. 13 years later i still go to bed thinking about it hoping i can get there. So if thats what these ppl are chasing, so be it. I kinda understand bc i would always wake up depressed its over and it wasnt real. More so depressed its over bc it felt so so real. The only thing comparable ive found is finding love in your dreams. When you wake up you are sad. Its the same feeling. But flying is far better during the dream tbh

The Command Module pilots of the latter Apollo missions made an EVA while returning from the Moon. I believe it was much more distant than Polaris Dawn will.
