Super Fun Container Planting Project - In this video we mix up some different types of plants into containers that we got from Michael Carr Designs in Atlanta. We always try to do these projects on a budget with things that can be reused in the future.

Great video, really like the up close focus of the plant choices and combos for each pot. Appreciate the use of different size pots and potential future sizes of plants and how long they might be able to remain in the pot. Nice to see Steph!

When I plant shrubs, I always use the shrub’s container and another one or a 5 gallon bucket to hold the dirt we temporarily pull out. Then pour the soil back into the hole or container. Before I put the soil back, I’ll mix compost or mulch to the container to enrich the soil before pouring it back.

The containers by themselves are so pretty and with the plant combinations will look absolutely amazing! But for some reason I’m drawn to the simplicity of the yucca with the euphorbia and the solitary lomandra even though I usually prefer colorful combinations. Looking forward to seeing all the containers as the plants grow and bloom through the summer. 👍😊👌
